What should the value of Vcc be in Figure 3 of this doc? http://www.ti.com/lit/an/snla038b/snla038b.pdf
This would be implemented in a heavy duty truck. It's unknown whether the J1708 port from the truck already has DC voltage bias, and if my system has a different DC bias then there will be DC current flowing through the J1708 port and my system.
