Team,
Customer is using TPS65982 on monitor system(power source / UFP_D) and external flash for TPS65982.
a visibly damaged FLASH has been found after system on/off test. flash is using LDO_3V3 out of TPS65982 as a power and LDO_3V3 was shorted to GND.
(TPS65982 was also burnt as well)
Can you explain internal block for generating LDO out from TPS65982?
can you provide any likely hood causes for this failure for me to debug faster?
