My customer is using the TMDS181 now. I want to check whether the TMDS181 for HDMI will influence the image's colour cast or aberration? Because my customer test the image has colour aberration. Thank you.

    Hi Frank,

    TMDS181 is just a redriver/retimer it doesn't deal with the information transmitted it just deals with electrical signals.

    Is hard to get color cast is a tint of a particular color, if the redriver is causing it it may fail all the colors or just one color but would affect that color in the color range not just a slight change.
