​Can we have more detail descriptions about the TUSB9261 design constrains it list on section 7.3.1.4 of datasheets?

=> Bus contention while VDD33 is powered up must be limited to 100 hours over the projected lifetime of the device. => why it related to 100hours and lifetime of the device?
