TUSB211 not activating when high-speed test packet

Hi,

When performing USB compliance Test, the TUSB211 component don't detect high speed mode ( using USB TEST PACKET ).

The component is powered-on before the TEST_PATTERN is sent by the host application processor.

The screenshot shows a short-time inactivity on the bus when the application processor configures its USB port to perform USB TEST PACKET. After 500 us of inactivity, the HIGH_SPEED indicator board of the TUSB211 EVM goes low.

When the USB_TEST_PACKET is sent by the application processor, the TUSB211 don't re-enter high-speed mode.

How does the TUSB211 works ?

    Hello Donald,

    Please let me know the voltage on the VREG pin when the issue occurs, this terminal is activated only when operating
    in High Speed mode. It would be useful to include this signal on the scope capture and also provide the complete test procedure so we can reproduce the issue.
