TPS65982 Suggested EEPROM

Hi Team,

For the TPS65982, it recommends using a W25Q80 EEPROM. On digikey, the smallest part that isn't obsolete or last time buy is a 5 x 6mm package. Are there other EEPROM ICs (other vendors?) that work with this Type C controller that are 3 x 3mm or smaller?

    I recommend the W25X05CL-UX-IG (2x3mm) from Winbond or the MX25L512E-ZUI-10G (2x3mm) from Macronix for reducing the physical size and memory size for optimization when using the TPS65982 as a stand-alone PD Controller and not sharing the SPI Flash IC with another chip (like Alpine Ridge from Intel).

    This is a QFN package, so I recommend having a header somewhere on the board for re-programming the flash directly during prototyping. Or using a socket for development so the Flash ICs can be swapped out quickly and re-programmed.
