Dear Sir,

So far we are encountering the issue of SN65HVD233. We found the last wave of CANH/CANL would have a high spike in each cycle. Do you happen to know how to tackle this problem? Thanks.

    Hi Eason,

    The CAN protocol requires that all receiving CAN node transmit an acknowledged bit back to the master to signify successful transmission and reception of the CAN message. So, all node that received the message properly go dominant at the same time causing the voltage to grow on the CAN bus to a slightly higher voltage than the typical differential output voltage. So what you are seeing is normal in CAN.
