Hi,

Can you help to double check whether my understanding is correct with regards to 1080p60 support with DS90UH947(DS90UB947)?

The PCLK for 1080p60 is around 147MHz or 148MHz range. So, DS90UH924 single lane cannot support this.
(The datasheet page 6 says that PCLK can support up to 170MHz, even for single link, though...)

So, in order to support 1080p60, DS90UH947 need to be configured with dual Open LDI input and dual FPD-Link III mode. In this set up, PCLK should be half of 147MHz/148MHz, so around 74MHz. Is my understanding correct?

Please correct me, if I'm wrong.

Hi,

Can anyone comment on this query from my customer?
My point is whether DS90UH947-Q1 can support single OLDI interface (approx 150MHz) for 1080p60.

From the discussion on a different post, I understand that the dual OLDI and dual FPD3 are needed for this case.. Because single OLDI can support up to 96MHz, this means the data rate is not enough to support 1080p60.
