TPS65982 ball L11 (NC) pin

Hi,

My customer has 2 TPS65982 chips on their boards.  One primary device and one secondary device.  They accidentally connected the NC pin (ball L11) of these two chips together on their layout, but didn't connect to anywhere else.  May i know what could be the side effect?

    This pin is NC, they are tied together but they are both floating, this should not have an impact.

    NC usually indicates the pin is not connected internally. It is commonly used for maintaining physical properties of the package (aka to avoid warping). Labeling a pin NC is good for indicating a pin cannot assist with thermal dissipation.

    I will confirm after checking the bond wiring, but there should be no impact.
