Interfacing a TTL rotary encoder

Hi

I need to interface  a rotary encoder (with TTL, differential outputs)  with a line receiver which will give me a single TTL output. Pulse rate is 100PPS. I am looking at the AN26LS32ACN. Would this work in a differential mode? If not could you make a recommendation?
