A question was raised by a customer indicating an apparent discrepancy in the datasheet regarding the operating temperature range of the DP83848YB device and the maximum die temperature in Section 5.1 Absolute Maximum ratings.
Table 3-1 indicates the DP83848YB is an Extreme temperature grade device from -40C to +125C. The maximum die temperature is however a maximum of +121.5C.
Please clarify. For the extreme temperature grade device, what is the actual maximum junction temperature. Thank you.
