Where can I find the mechanical drawing for the 175 NFBGA ZAY package? It is not in the datasheet. Under the package section of the webpage I found a 167 BGA ZAY package, but the vacant pins of that package do not match the pins in the TUSB1310 datasheet.

The package was accidentally left out of the data sheet on the web. It should be updated by next week. Do you need it immediately?

I created a footprint for the TUSB1310ZAY (USB30 Phy) package from the

TMS320F2812ZHHS device footprint in PADS90 library format.

I have attached it for your review.

Let me know if there is any issue with it, but I double checked it.

It would be nice to have a second pair of eyes looking at it.

I'll be creating a couple symbols for this device in the next couple of days and will share it.

I added all the signal names to the footprint 175ZAY for the USB30 Phy
