    Sorry for the delay, yes, it is possible, does the processor have USB ports? If not, then you will have to use a USB PHY and create the ULPI interface to communicate with the PHY, we have a USB2.0 PHY, the tUSB1210/TUSB1211.
    BTW, the TUSB2046B is only full-speed, if you requires high-speed we have the TUSB4041.
