SN75DP130 : Does it support HDMI 2.0?

So you are looking for DP redriver, there you don't really care about HDMI because you have a protocol converter.
DP130 can support 4k@60Hz, this is the top resolution for HDMI2.0
Thus, you can use DP130 it can handle 4k video, you need to make sure the protocol converter can convert 4k video.
If after the protocol converter you still need a HDMI2.0 redriver you could use TMDS181.

The customer is looking for cost effective solution for this application.

So, they are reviewing an alternative solution by using TI's TUSB1046-DCI in order to cut down material cost.

(TUSB1046-DCI USB Type-C™ DisplayPort™ ALT Mode 10 Gbps Linear Redriver Crosspoint Switch)

Question :

Would it be possible to use Solution_B(2Chip : TUSB1046-DCI + PD Controller) instead of Solution_A( 3 Chip : TPS65982 + HD3SS460 + SN75DP130).
