Is the TUSB9261 USB 3.0 to SATA Bridge a single port or two port device? Are USB3.0 and USB2.0 signals in the bridge separate ports?

I ask this question because I want to add a separated USB.02 connector to the circuit and use an USB HUB to connector USB2.0 signals to the bridge. Only one USB cable will be connected to the bridge and never have cables connected to both USB3.0 and USB2.0 connectors at the same time. Please see diagram below. Is this circuit going to work?
