I need Model AMI or any other Specification for it. Is there it?

I would Simulation this Device in The HyperLynx 9.2 Simulator.

On the DP83867CS web page under the 'Tools & Software' you can find the IBIS model. Is that what you were looking for?

I think that You Mistake IBIS Model, With IBIS-AMI Model.

IBIS-AMI is a modeling standard for SerDes transceivers created to enable fast, statistically significant analysis of high-speed serial links. IBIS-AMI based analysis enables designers to optimize their serial links for performance, reliability and cost.
