Hi Team,

Why does Figure 16 in TUSB542 datasheet notes that CC1 and CC2 connection flip, in page 16 ?

I thought type C CC1 and CC2 could be connected in the either way, i.e. doesn't matter which CCx is connected to CCx of TUSB322. Were there any limitation ?

Hello Kawai,

This invertion on the CC pins is because the TUSB542 has a SEL pin with inverted logic, compared with the DIR pin on the TUSB322, so we flip the CC pins in order to compensate this logic invertion between the TUSB322 & TUSB542.
