DPS-DONGLE-EVM no longer working : no USB2ANY devices detected

Hi,

I am using the DPS-DONGLE-EVM in combination with the DS250DF810 device that is mounted on our Arria10 GT retimer board and during a laptop migration I believe something went wrong and the firmware update got interrupted so I am no longer able to see the USB2ANY connection with the dongle. I tried with my older laptop and I see the same issue. 

Is there a way to upgrade the firmware in a different way, if not where can I buy a new DPS-DONGLE-EVM cause I could not find any where on the TI website where to order this (very frustrating).
