TUSB8041 USB3.0 to USB2.0

Hi,

Is below operating possible?

Connection from host to hub: USB3.0

Connection from hub to client: USB2.0

Using above connection, even though 4 client communicates simultaneously, every port can use USB2.0 speed fully.
