Hi 

I am using this device for ESD protection in USB link and CSI interface of camera 

while connecting normally all the P and N pins are criss cross in PCB 

In the data sheet there is no specific mention about polarity 

so can I connect USB D+ to D- pin of ESD diode As all the pin are identical to avoid criss cross and have a smooth routing

    Thanks for your question- all of the 6 channels of ESD protection in the TPD6E05U06 are electrically identical, so it should not matter which data line ties to which pins on the IC. We do recommend however for the best signal integrity that you route the D+/D- traces such that they maintain a constant differential spacing between the data pairs, which will allow you to use the pinout listed in the datasheet for the TPD6E05U06.
