Hi,

My customer is using TPS65982D for their NB project as a DP source, and like to know better about HPD timing.

In "Figure 47. HPD TX Flow Diagram" of TPS65982D datasheet, in "S0: HPD Low Wait State", TPS65982D will drive HPD high after HPD timer when receiving a "HPD_HIGH Event" as shown below.

The questions we have is as below,

  1. What is the length of the HPD timer as mentioned above?  Can we find this timer in the datasheet?
  2. We see two related timer "T_IRQ_MIN" and "T_3MS_MIN" specified in the datasheet.  Can you explain how do these two timer correspond to "Figure 47. HPD TX Flow Diagram" ?
