Hi all.
This device has two power supply(Vddio and Vddn).

Is this device permitted the simultaneous power ON?
if it is not, please tell me the point I should take care.

Hi Ogane-san,

The power supplies can all come up simultaneously.

However, there is a requirement that the supply ramp should be faster than 1.5 ms with a monotonic rise. If this rise time is not met, then TI advises to connect a capacitor on the PDB pin to GND and a 10k pull-up to ensure that PDB is pulled high after all VDD power supplies have settled to the recommended voltage.
