DP83867 strap configuration for PHY address

Is the PHY address　of DP83867CRRGZ defined by any conditions than configuration pins, RX_D0 and RX_D2 pin?

For example, if those pins are open, then address is 0000.  Is it correct?  If read back register value is 1111, then something wrong in external circuit?

    Hello Isao,

    You are correct that if the RX_D0 and RX_D2 pins are open, the address will be 0000. If your address is 1111 then something is wrong. I'd expect that there is external influence from the processor causing RX_D0 and RX_D2 to be HIGH at power up.
