Hello Team,

Please allow me to ask you about LMH1218 status register.

Q1) Is LMH1218 interrupt status register function disabled by default ? It seems you need to set REG 0x56 bits to use this function. Is my recognition correct ?

Q2) Is this function disabled by default to decrease power consumption ? If YES, how much power (current consumption) is different when these function enabled or disabled ?

Hi Kawai-san,

1. Yes, your understanding is correct. The interrupts are disabled by default, and you must activate the interrupts independently by enabling them in the corresponding bit position in Reg 0x56 in order to view the interrupt flag on Reg 0x54.

2. To my understanding, the default disabled state is not designed for power consumption reduction. I did not notice any difference in the lab regarding power consumption when enabling or disabling the LMH1218 interrupts.
