This means that you can route the positive polarity to the negative polarity pin and the negative polarity to the positive polarity pin if it is easier when performing the PCB layout. If you choose to do this, then you must remember to re-invert the polarities after the DS125MB203 output.

we just separately match the length between positive and negative of the differential pair，going into or out of the DS125MB203，

and do not consider the compensation  of the length between positive and negative signal in the DS125MB203,right?

You can assume that the positive and negative length inside the DS125MB203 IC are matched. Please note that your most recent post is not related to the same topic we were previously discussing regarding inverting polarities for board-routing.

Yes it is okay to invert the incoming and outgoing signals.  This is shown in the attached graphic.
