Hi,
Please help me! I have issue about the TUSB4020BI.
1st:
In EVM,
- SMBUSz = OPEN(High) I2C-mode
- Reset and USB_VBUS are input to device from host, DP has been pulled up..
2nd:
Customer tried the following actions in EVM.
- SMBUSz = LOW
- Reset and USB_VBUS are input to device from host,DP has not been pulled up.
3rd:
In customer's circuit board, the above phenomenons were reproduced.
Customer is trying to operate the device in SMBUS-mode.
However, they can't to pull up the DP.
Please let me know the means about set up in SMBUS-mode.
