Hi Team,

The customer wants to use DS90UB913A-Q1.He referred the EVM User Guide reference design for same.

Can the Customer use the pin 2 and 4 of the RosenbergHSD as second LVDS link ? to use 2 x LVDS in a single connector(refer snap 3 row 2).

You can the reference document in the attachment. It is on page14.

Hello Mickey,

Yes, this should be possible although keep in mind that common mode noise rejection benefit of using twin pair will likely be diminished in sending two pairs of data over the line instead of one. This will also depend upon if differential FPD-Link signal pairs being sent have same PCLK frequency. Sending power over the cable shouldn't diminish common mode noise rejection benefit because power signal (i.e. 5V) should be mostly DC.
