Does the RSTN pin fully reset the TUSB211 device? The description for EQ pin in the pin functions table on page 3 of the datasheet indicates that the EQ pin is sampled on power up. Is it also sampled on RSTN going high?
Bottom line: can the device be fully reset without removing power?
