Hello,

for our PCB design we will run the TPS65982 exclusively off of VIN_3V3. I am uncertain as to how to tie the BUSPOWERZ pin as we do not want to run the TPS65982 off of any other supply or support DEAD Battery.

What logic on the BUSPOWERZ pin will support isolating our power from VBUS?

    Hi Guy,

    Tie BUSPOWERZ to LDO_3V3 to disable the passing in the VBUS voltage in dead battery. I would also recommended connecting the RPD_G1/2 pin to GND (instead of connected to CC1/2 respectively) to not advertise Rd on the CC lines when unpowered.
