Does TIUB8041 require any redriver or equalizer for the attached architechture

I am using TUSB8041 for interfacing USB3.0 modem with PC as shown in the attached Figure.

Does USB require any termination or Singal conditiner (redriver or equalizers) in these case.

Hello,
It is possible that you will need a re-driver at the upstream port of the TUSB8041, can you take an eye-diagram at the TUSB8041's upstream port?
My recommendation is to leave the footprint for the TUSB522P on your board in case you need the re-driver, if you don't need it you can use 0 ohm resistors to bypass the footprint.

Thanks for suggestion. I would like to know the reason why Equalizer is required if sigal is capable of travelling 3Meter over cable and in PCB less than10 inch

Because of the signal is going to a connector and going to be traveling across a 3m cable, that is why the PCB traces should be kept as short as possible. For a USB3.0 signal I would recommend a re-driver for traces longer than 10in
