Datasheet for the TFP401A-Q1 page 1 and 6 show a TA of -40C to 85C, however, page 6 notes (2) and (3) and Recommended Operating Conditions table state 0 to 70C. Also see note (3) on page 15.
The TFP401A-EP has the Recommended Operating Conditions table correct at -55 to 125C, although notes (3) and (4) on page 5 still reference 70C, as well as Table 1 on page 16.
Seems these datasheets have not been updated for the upgraded parts. Please advise.
