Hi Sirs,

Sorry to bother you.

We would like use TCA6416APWR.

Need confirm what's TCA6416A Tc max value??

    Hello Shu-Cheng,

    Are you looking for an unpowered or powered max TC value?

    For unpowered, you can assume that tstg of 150C will be your limit.

    For powered, Maximum ambient is 85C. The case temperature will never be able to get high enough to cause reliability issues.
