difference between TFP401A and TFP401A-Q1

Hello,

TFP401A  datasheet is revised on the May/2016 and added tWL(PDL_MIN) and tDEL to the AC EC table.
Can we use these parameter for TFP401A-Q1?

And, some specifications (IOH, IOL, tsu1, th2, ODCK duty cycle ) are difference between TFP401A and TFP401A-Q1.
TFP401A is revised few times. Latest datasheet is revision G.
However, TFP401A-Q1 datasheet is not revised yet.
Should we use TFP401A specifications for TFP401A-Q1?

Also, TFP401A-Q1 recommended operating free-air temperature is 0C to 75C.
Is this correct?
I think that this is typo of -40C to 85C.
