TPS65982 FW update

Hi Team,

I can't to use Host Interface FW Update utility to update FW go through USB2.0 Endpoint.

I tried to use different Application Customizer tools, I found only FW_v1.7.6 can to support Host Interface FW Update utility.

FW_v1.11.02 and FW_v1.11.05 both didn't to work normally on Host Interface FW Update utility.

I also tried these application tools on different O.S of Win7 and Win10 and still get same result " No TI ACE devices found ".

Please help to fix this issue. Thanks!

Any update?

My client will release their 982 products and go to mass production stage, so they ask us to fix this issue ASAP.

Hi Henry,

Sorry for the delay. For the later version of the firmware a GPIO must be configured to enable or disable this function. Check your available GPIO that you can pull up to always enable this feature.

Hi Jacob,

I tried to follow your advice on Application Customizer_v2.8 and V2.10, still get failure result "No TI ACE devices found ".
