My customer is evaluating TUSB9261.
Some devices is strange phenomenon at the powering up.
Could you please advise?

(1) GRTSz(4pin) action
Although reset event is executed 70ms after powering on, actual reset is going high level during 205ms,
and then going back to low.
This means GRSTx outputs low despite an input pin. It may cause a coｌｌision.
The input to the GRSTz keeps high level.
So is this output phenomenon correct or not?
(2) Some devices can't reset .(5/228)
Even though ｔhe input to the GRSTz is high, it can't be reset rarely.
Could you please advise what Is the reason?
