It depends on the loss of the cable, however I don't think any MIPI/DSI devices could be able to support a 1.5m cable, typical applications of CSI/DSI are within a few inches.

The esp says the chip can support 1900*1200*24*60=3.28G

For the 2k 70fps, need 2040*1080*70*24=3.7G>3.28G

I was confusing the data rate with the clock frequency, you are right, it looks like this device does NOT support data rate for 2K.
