Hello,

The TCA4311A has standard open-drain I/Os.
if the pull-up voltage on the SDAIN/SCLIN side and the pull-up voltage on
the SDAOUT/SCLOUT side are different, is it OK?

Condition:
VCC = 5.0V
>Pull-up Voltage:
SDAOUT/SCLOUT = 5.0V
SDAIN/SCLIN = 3.3V

Sopatopa,

The TCA4311A does NOT support voltage translation across it. SDAIN/SCLIN and SDAOUT/SCLOUT must be at the same voltage for proper operation. If you try to connect it as you suggest, your 5V bus will never make it to 5V because it will clamp the 5V side to 3V.
