May I know Atype connector pin5 can connect TUSB1310A's SSRXN and pin6 can connect TUSB1310A's SSRXP??

Hello,
You can swap the polarity of the RX lines, it is supported by default in any USB3.0 device.

Yes, you can also swap TX, have in mind that TX goes to the RX of the far end link.
