TCA6408A VCCP VCCI delay

Dear all.

We make VCCI by DCDC from VCCP.
How much allowed delay from VCCP to VCCI (or from VCCI to VCCP)be permitted?

    Hello Pan-M,

    As soon as VCCP goes above the VPOR (1V nominal, 1.4V max) then the registers and I2C state machine is initialized to their default state.  There needs to be a minimum time of 600ns (Treset) for this to occur.  After that, as long as the VCCP and VCCI are within normal operating range, then the device can used.
