What is the function for the USB_R1 line for USB 2 Hub TUSB4041 ?

A precision resistor of 9.53kOhm shall be connected from USB_R1 line (pin 32 on TUSB4041) to GND. What is the function for the USB_R1 line for USB 2 Hub TUSB4041 ?

It controls the drive strength of the USB2.0 PHY.

Hi, do you have any figures of the drive strength versus resistor value ? I can not find any information about drive strength in datasheet.

Hello again, is it OK to use 10kOhm standard resistor instead of using the specified value of 9.53kOhm ? What is the change in drive strength ?
