I used DP83620, fiber mode, now DP83620's debug find the register TXOK & RXOK are always 0, could you help to check the register config? Below is the value of PHY register:

Hi,

I do not know what settings you want to use besides Fiber.
Looking at the register map, it appears that link is established and good.
You are also in fiber mode and operating in RMII.

What is the issue? Again, I do not know what your MAC is or what you are seeing so please be more specific for us to help you.
