Dear Sir

We got some fail GD75232 IC from customer side

I saw the datasheet have sequence requirement in the old datasheet ,but in the latest datasheet ,there is no describe any timing delay for the sequence ,could you kindly help to confirm which timing sequence is right??

This note has been rewritten and moved to recommended operation table on page 4.

Do you have details about what failed?

Page 4 describe which power rail need to rise fist ,but there is no delay time value
I will check the fail detail with my end customer

Below is the schematic

Fail status : use windows tool "Burn-in test" to verify ,the result is no response

The impedance have low impedance on Pin1 and Pin2

Could you kindly help to provide the suggestion??

Is the Ring Indicator line (pin 2) being used differently from the other RS-232 port lines?

Kai-san,

This signal is called "RIA#1" which goes to pin 2 of GD75232. The signal indicates if the modem detects an incoming phone call.
