May we check VCCP/VCCI need add capacitor?

And my customer find the TCA6408 easy to hang. may something we need notice?

    Hello Chen,

    It is recommended in the datasheet that decoupling capacitors be used on the supply.

    It is typically recommended that 2 decoupling caps be used per supply pin. These values are normally 1 uF and 0.1 uF.

    In regards to "easy to hang" post, I will require more information on the failure you are seeing in order to help you debug it.
