DS90UB948 LOCK Pin can't be locked with DS90UB921 when transmission 1920*720 resolution ratio

Hello,

Customer used DS90UB921 pairing DS90UB947 to meet that one LVDS input , dual LVDS output, and 1920*720 resolution ratio requirement as below:

now we met the issue is DS90UB948 LOCK Pin can't be locked with DS90UB921 when transmission 1920*720 resolution ratioa, but there is no problem when we transmission 1280*720 or 800*480 resolution ratioa. Would you give some suggestion for it, and do we have the success story for this application ?
