Looking for CAN Transceiver

Dear Sir,

Customer would like looking for CAN transceiver condition as below, would you pls have suggest? Thanks.

1. VCC : 5V rating

2. VIO : 3.3V rating

3. Standby function : low for standby mode , high for normal mode

4. Remote wake-up function : you can refer to attached NXP TJA1048 page6 .

    Hi Ian,

    The TCAN1042V would meet all of these requirements, except its standby control pin is active high rather than active low. (This is common among single-channel CAN transceivers.) Would it be possible to work around that (for example, by using an external FET as an inverter)?
