Q1. What input voltage does USB_VBUS pin detect as low voltage?

Q2. If TUSB4020B detects VBUS voltage as low, what is the behavior of TUSB4020B?

q1. 300mV
q2. The Hub will detect a disconnect on the upstream port and loose USB connection.
