Hi 
This is regarding TUSB2046 USB Hub controller IC 
Earlier we have used TUSB2046 for WinCE CPU. Using TUSB2046 hub, mouse, keyboard and bar code scanner devices are connected and worked fine. 
As TUSB2046 is obsolete, we got TUSB2046B instead. Using this, mouse, keyboard are working fine, but the bar code scanner device is not working. 
Please let us know what could be the issue, is it related to USB speeds/ any differences in architecture of TUSB2046 and TUSB2046B.

Bar code scanner is working fine with TUSB2046 but not with TUSB2046B. I think, Bar code scanner is USB2.0 compliant.

    Hello,
    Please provide your schematic.
    Is the bar scanner working when you don't connect anything else to the TUSB2046B?
    Can you get some USB protocol traces?
    Can you provide the datasheet of the scanner?
    Does the failure happens on any of the four downstream ports of the TUSB2046B?
    Does the failure happens on different operating systems?
