usb3 cannot work

Dear Team,

I have  a project using TUSB320 & TUSB542 for USB3.0. At present,some boards can work with usb3.0,some cannot.The TUSB320 always work correctly.Cross experiment has been done,and the fault follow the board itself. Can you give some mind to debug this.Such as which parameters do effect most. Thanks.
