1) We are looking at implementing a vendor-specific ALT mode. This would allow use of USB2, USB3 SS, and use the SB signals to carry a vendor specific sideband signal. How would we support this with firmware? It isn’t a “standard” ALT mode, so we would need to define that mode and configure firmware to route signals appropriately. Can the configuration tool be expanded to support control of mux switching and GPIO states in vendor ALT modes?
2) Do you have a jitter and propagation delay spec for signals passing through the 1st and 2nd stage internal analog MUXes? We’re looking for performance of signals routing C_SBUx to SBU_INTx to AUX_P/N.
3) Is it possible to route Debug 1 to SBU_INT1?
