If an external DC/DC is used to power the CPU which will be used to patch the TPS65982D, and also powers the TPS65982D's Vin_3V3, where should this buck be powered from? Should it be powered from VBUS directly, or from the switched VBUS node. Does BusPowerZ need to start with the FETs engaged (i.e Grounded BusPowerZ pin) to avoid any glitches upon a soft-reboot of a personality patch?
